THE BRIGHT AND MOODY COLLECTION is a collection of polar identities. It is a collection of paintings communicating whimsical, sometimes fantastical elements and has the ability to move with your mood.

Palettes
Indian Yellow, Paynes Grey, Pyrole Red. The Bright and Moody palette is filled with warm colors to excite and cool colors to calm at the same time.
Soft peach, pink and periwinkle blues blend into luscious skies under the covers of dark blue and grey.
Muted mid-tones are a mixture of Ocher and Olive Green, with a touch of Viridian and Burnt Umber.
The pops of color draw attention in Coral Red, Magenta and Turquoise.
This palette held so much surprises and promise for me, and it will for the collector too.
Textures
All the artwork in this collection has been carefully painted on texture 300gms cold-pressed paper.
The skies and clouds in The Bright and Moody Collection are created by building layers of texture using a variety of flat and round brushes.
When I scan in my artwork to create digital reproductions that can be printed, I use a high quality scanner that is able to catch both the texture of the paper and that of the brush strokes.
Sizing
Original artworks are painted on international paper sizes. Most are A5 (148 x 210mm / 5.8 x 8.3 inch) with two artworks A4 size (210 x 297mm / 8.3 x 11.7 inch). There is one large original painting, A3 (297 x 420mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inch), that has already found a new home with a collector.
The Bright and Moody Digital Print Collection
Digital art prints are an affordable way to bring the beauty of fine art into your home.
I scan my original artworks in at a high resolution so that they are easily resizable for printing, without losing quality.
When you purchase a digital art print, you will receive 5 different sizes that you can use and print the artwork to your desire. I recommend not going bigger than 16x24 inches/A2.
