Commission a Landscape Painting
How does it work?
Every month there are about 2-3 commission slots available. All you have to do is fill in the commission form below. Please write down what you would like, and if you have an image/photograph in mind that you would like me to paint from.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently I can only do small pieces for persons located outside of South Africa.
What does the commission include?
The commission includes a landscape painting either on paper or on canvas. For paper commissions the biggest size available is around 594x420mm (A2 size). For canvas paintings I have bigger options available depending on my supplier. Canvas paintings can be as large as 594x841mm, or similar square size.
How much does it cost and when do I pay?
After reviewing and discussing the commission with you, I will send you a quote to accept where my standard pricing applies (see my shop to get an idea of my prices). Before I start working on the commission, I require a deposit of R200 for small to medium pieces, and R500 for larger pieces. After the commission is finished and you are happy with the result, the rest of the payment can be made before the painting is shipped.
How long does it take?
Depending on how busy the studio is, the order can take between 5-10 business days to complete, depending on the size.
